🥘 Butter Chicken-Style Rice
A creamy, spiced rice dish inspired by classic butter chicken — made simple in your rice cooker. Perfect for busy nights or flat dinners!

Ingredients
1 ½ cups basmati rice (rinsed)
1 Indian Flavour Pack
300g diced chicken thigh
1 ½ cups coconut milk
1 ½ cups water
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp ghee or butter
Optional: Fresh coriander for garnish
Preparation
Add chicken, coconut milk, water, tomato paste, flavour pack, ghee or butter, and rice to your rice cooker.
Stir to combine all ingredients.
Close the lid and cook on the "White Rice" setting.
Once cooked, fluff with a fork and serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander if desired.
💡 Tip: For a vegetarian twist, swap chicken for chickpeas or tofu.

• Smaller or older cookers may run hotter – add a splash more water if needed.
