Yes! delivers throughout New Zealand.

 

Online Order Delivery

Delivery is generally within 2-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days longer.

Delivery Charges

A $4.99 flat rate delivery fee applies to all orders under $60. Orders over $60 receive free shipping.

Product Returns

We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality, spice blends and flavour bases and we love getting feedback from our happy customers. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with our products please let us know. 

Please choose carefully as we will not offer a refund if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the incorrect products.

Defective products: If you receive a defective product we offer either a replacement product or a full refund (including postage). 

Refunds: Refunds are processed within four weeks of the return of the defective product, though in many cases refunds will be processed more quickly.
