About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups basmati rice

  • 1 Yes! Rice Cooker Moroccan flavour pack

  • 300g diced lamb, chicken, or chickpeas (one 400ml can drained)

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • ½ cup raisins or dried apricots

  • 1 carrot, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Add rice, protein, carrot, dried fruit, water, oil, and flavour pack into rice cooker.

  2. Stir well to combine.

  3. Close lid and cook on 'White Rice' setting.

  4. Fluff and serve with fresh coriander.
