About the Recipe

Ingredients
500g diced beef, lamb, or chickpeas
1 Moroccan flavour pack
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 ½ cups water
Optional: fresh coriander
Preparation
Add protein, onion, carrots, tomatoes, stock, and flavour pack to slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Serve with coriander and couscous or rice.
