Ingredients

  • 500g diced beef, lamb, or chickpeas

  • 1 Moroccan flavour pack

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced

  • 1 can chopped tomatoes

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • Optional: fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Add protein, onion, carrots, tomatoes, stock, and flavour pack to slow cooker.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

  4. Serve with coriander and couscous or rice.
